Not removing your make up is against the law....

Updated: Feb 13, 2020

....according to Louise!

My friends, family and clients are sick I am sure, sick and tired of me going on about this. So here I am spouting about it again!

I was once a person who casually slept in my makeup, especially on a Saturday night after dancing the night away. Waking up with a full face and what seemed like more mascara on then I applied. This time however most of it on my cheeks rather then my lashes. Anyone who remembers the Shakespeare Sisters will have an idea what I am talking about.

In my twenties and even early thirties it was common place to go to bed with my "face on" and even though I knew better, I still did it. That was until I attended a skincare training in the USA where the head educator drilled into us the importance of make up removal.

It creates blackheads.

Dehydrates the skin.

Aids congestion.

Ruins your pillowcases.

Also gives the person you sleep with (if there is one) a hell of a shock in the morning!

If you take on this one tip alone and promise yourself that every night from now on, no matter how tired, how drunk, how busy you are, you will do it. I promise you will see an improvement in your skin health within a matter of months.

Here I use a

  • precleanse/eye makeup remover

  • Cleanser

  • Toner

  • Serum

  • Moisturiser

Try it for three months and let me know how you get on. L. x
